Subscriptions

1. Duration and termination of the subscription

  • A subscription is entered into for the specified period and is then – unless terminated – automatically renewed, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Within the first subscription period, the subscription can only be terminated at the end of the agreed subscription period, whereby the subscriber must notify Clipboard Media & Content of this termination at the latest one month before (the appearance of the first issue of) the new subscription period via +31(0)15-7600-700 and in writing.
  • Upon automatic renewal, the subscription is converted into a subscription for an indefinite period. Termination of the subscription after automatic renewal can be done with due observance of a notice period of two months. When a subscription period is not fully used, Clipboard Media & Content will charge the associated administration and processing costs (€ 2.50). These will be offset against the excess subscription fees paid. Termination can be done by phone via +31(0)15-7600-700 and in writing. The cancellation will be confirmed by email or post. If the confirmation is not received, the cancellation has not been received and/or processed by us.
  • Information about the duration of your subscription can be requested from our subscription service by post, telephone and email. The contact details are stated in the colophon of the magazine.

2. Payment of subscription fees and payment method

  • Payment of the subscription fee must take place prior to each subscription period in a manner that the subscriber has accepted when entering into the subscription. The subscriber can change the payment method during the entire subscription period from invoice to direct debit and vice versa themselves. The continuation periods of the subscription are debited via the same payment method from the same account number. You can find the subscription prices on the website that offers the relevant service.
  • In case of late payment, including due to reversal of the debited amounts or due to insufficient balance in the indicated account, reminder costs will be charged. If the subscription payment is also not received after a reminder, Clipboard Media & Content is entitled to terminate the subscription unilaterally and with immediate effect as well as claim any compensation and outstanding payments.
  • Upon termination of the subscription before the end of the term for which the subscriber has paid the subscription fee, the subscriber is entitled to reimbursement of the difference between the ultimately payable amount for the subscription received (increased by an amount of € 2.50 in administration and processing costs related to the reimbursement) and the amount already paid.
  • A change in the subscription price will be published on the relevant website in due time before it takes effect.

3. Delivery

  • The delivery of Clipboard Media & Content magazines takes place via PostNL. If the magazine has not arrived or has arrived damaged, the subscriber can contact our subscription service about this.
  • In order to ensure uninterrupted continuation of delivery, address changes must be reported to our subscription service at least four weeks before the moving date by the subscriber by email or post. The address change will be confirmed by email or post. If the confirmation is not received, the address change has not been received and/or processed by us. Clipboard Publishing is not responsible for any issues with delivery due to the lack of an address change.

Cookie statement

This website uses cookies (small text files placed on your computer) to make the website function, to help analyse the website in order to improve our services or for marketing purposes.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies are necessary for the functioning of the website. Without these cookies, certain parts cannot be used.

Social media share buttons

The site may include share buttons to share pages on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. These buttons are pieces of code from the social media themselves and use a cookie. This cookie remembers that a visitor is logged in, so that they do not have to log in to Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn again when they want to share something. To see what they do with the personal data they receive through this code, you can consult the relevant privacy statements on their own website:

These statements and links may change. We do our best to keep these links up to date.

Embedded content

Content may be used that is hosted on other sites and is made available on this website. Think of YouTube videos. In a comparable way to the social buttons, these codes often use cookies. What they do with the cookies and personal data can be found in the privacy policy of the relevant service. We have no control over this.

Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies collect (often anonymous) data and statistics to understand how visitors use the website, so that we can improve the website and our services.

Google Analytics

Via Google Analytics, (anonymised) data about browsing behaviour is collected on this website. This allows us to see how visitors navigate through the website. We use this information to make decisions about the layout of our website. We also use it to optimise the functioning of the website. To make careful processing possible, we have taken the following measures:

If you do not want your browsing behaviour to be tracked, you can download a plugin from Google that prevents this and is available for Microsoft Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Opera. This setting then applies to all websites you visit, not only this website.
